Chakrasan is a complete backbend and it needs two prerequisites to achieve it 1. curvature in the back 2. Arm strength

Starting Position

00:00Lie down on your back

00:02Bring the feet close to the hips

00:09Lift your arms up and place them by the side of your shoulders ,fingers pointing towards the feet

00:19Lift the waist up

00:24Press the palms down and engage the head

00:30Press the palms further and lift the head up from the mat as well

00:44 release the body and hold it still on the mat in shavasan

Benefits : flexibility of the upper spine , strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles

Tips : do a deep bhujangasan before this posture,for preparation
